Federal Mining & Titanium Reserve heads the senior executive group responsible for setting direction through statements of overarching policy and community principles, establishing positive relationships and supporting community development initiatives.
Responsibility for community relations extends to every operation, every mine site and every exploration project. Each and every employee is considered an ambassador for the Company and is therefore required to consider community impacts, both positive and negative, before commencement of any activity which may affect communities.
